§ 6-9-6. Custodial requirements.
(A)
A peace officer taking into custody a minor for violation of this Chapter shall, without unnecessary delay:
1.
Release the minor to the minor's parent, guardian, or custodian;
2.
Take the minor before a municipal or justice court to answer the charge; or
3.
Take the minor to a place designated as a juvenile curfew processing office by the head of the law enforcement agency having custody of the person pursuant to V.T.C.A., Family Code § 52.028.
