§ 5-11-5. Registration required.

(a)

A person shall not act, operate, or conduct business as a credit access business unless the person holds a valid certificate of registration.

(b)

A person who acts, operates, or conducts business as a credit access business shall hold a separate certificate of registration for each physically separate credit access business establishment.
